Mitchell H. Portnoi is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court. The certification process consists of testing, recommendations from the Trial Bar and the Bench (Judges), and numerous trials. Mr. Portnoi has had numerous successes both from trials and settlements. He has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of seriously injured clients over the course of his over 35 years of practicing Civil Litigation/Personal Injury Law. He is licensed in both New York and New Jersey.
KYLE S. REED
ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Kyle S. Reed brings a tireless work-ethic to the firm. Kyle graduated from the evening division of New York Law School in 2018, while simultaneously working full time as a paralegal under many attorneys with diverse legal concentrations. While studying at NYLS, Kyle was selected as a John Marshall Harlan Scholar and served as Editor of the New York Law School Law Review. As a result, he is deeply familiar with the complexities of the types of cases he now manages, including motor vehicle accident, slip/trip-and-fall, workers’ compensation, diminished value, and collections.
Kyle has tried and obtained verdicts in his client’s favor on multiple cases and has also resolved hundreds more prior to trial for significant amounts. His success is due to the deliberative approach he takes during both the discovery process and in trial preparation. His thorough preparation ensures that, if a trial is required, he can get the best results for his client.
Kyle, his wife, Jenna, and their dog, Paco, are residents of Red Bank, New Jersey. In his free time, Kyle is either playing soccer, golfing, or taking walks on the beach in Sandy Hook, Sea Bright, or Asbury Park.
